GLANG ANAK
Glang Anak I learned by heart in childhood
Through empty seasons I read again a hundred times
Whenever I felt bewildered in a narrow life
This thin collection of poems led me to infinity.
A SAD QUATRAIN
Each month, each season waiting for your return
Resigned myself to hoping you would return each Kate
This Kate you did not return, our village is deserted
The hill tower is not deserted anymore
Why my heart is still empty.
FAR – CLOSE
You keep blaming me for my distant philosophy while mother’s sad eyes are close
The native land’s maidens’s heels are soiled, but my poems’s ideas are still grand
You blame
I only wish the poems to protect from farther and wider circles
Future storms, the inner circle would suffer less from the cold.
